our team

Ian started MWG Construction in 1995. He works on site managing and working on the projects making sure everything runs smoothly. He also completes all estimates and pricing himself to ensure accuracy. 

Hilary joined as a partner of MWG in 1999. She is also Ian's wife. Her role in the business is the office and admin side of things. 

Connor started working on site with Ian in 2015, he is also Ian and Hilary's son. He's always on site working with Ian from start to finish of every project. 

Alongside Ian and Connor on site we have a select group of subcontractors that we use for their specific trades. Molly, the daughter of Ian and Hilary, does the marketing side of things such as creating this website.
